1. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
I Would probably only be about 7 years old. I still love Disney and American Girl Dolls and books from my childhood. Quite frankly, I wouldn't want to be an adult, I'd still be living in the past.2. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
Because some of the things we don't like are required like work and dealing with annoying people. Sure, it would be great to have an unlimited supply of money and be able to do whatever you want whenever you want, but life doesn't work like that. You get what you work for, not what you hope for.
3. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
I wish everyone was ACTUALLY entitled to their opinion. Seriously though, now everyone wants to be liberal and forward thinking and "being different" and "supporting equality" are the popular ideas. The thing is, not everyone supports those ideas. People at the center of these issues want to talk about how they're being "attacked" for their views. That's probably true. It's just as hateful from the other side. Nobody should be attacked for their opinion whether they're on the popular side or not. If you don't have to be silent about your opinion, why do I?
4. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
I'd be a mother by now. I want nothing more than to find the right guy, get married and have a family of my own.
5. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
Probably doing things right. I'm a perfectionist control freak that has to have every single detail perfect.
6. If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
I don't think a newborn would actually be able to comprehend the advice, but I'd want to tell them not to grow up too fast. It's a trap.
7. What’s something you know you do differently than most people?
Everything? I guess probably the way I organize my iTunes. It's all perfect and OCD-like.
8. What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? What’s holding you back?
Tell a certain someone that I like/liked (haven't decided which it is yet) them. What's holding me back? Absolute terror and fear. Not even so much the rejection anymore because that's inevitable. Just scared of actually saying those words out loud. Well, maybe the rejection is a little part of it.
9. Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?
Absolutely. I'm working on it though.
10. If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why?
I guess New York... I've always wanted to go there. Or Maybe Texas or Georgia, but I'm not a fan of the heat so maybe not? Nashville? It is the country music capitol of the world!
11. Why are you, you?
I'm me because of everything I've been through in my life. No real tragedies I suppose but every decision I've made and every decision people close to me have made have shaped who I am.
12. Which is worse, when a good friend moves away, or losing touch with a good friend who lives right near you?
Probably losing touch with a friend that lives right near you because you'll always know they're "there" but you're not really speaking.
13. What are you most grateful for?
My parents and my grandmother. You can't rely on many people in this world, I've learned that firsthand. Even most families are pretty screwed up and they can't trust one another. Luckily, I'm not a part of one of those families.
14. Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or never be able to make new ones?
Lose all my old memories. There aren't too many things I look back at with fondness. Some things, sure, don't get me wrong. But I'd rather be able to forget and re-write my story.
15. Has your greatest fear ever come true?
I'm on the track for my greatest fear to come true, yes.
16. Do you remember that time 5 years ago when you were extremely upset? Does it really matter now?
Oh yeah, I remember. High School Drama. No, it really doesn't matter now. Not much has really changed since then, but the drama itself doesn't matter.
17. What is your happiest childhood memory? What makes it so special?
I actually don't know if I can pick out one memory that is the happiest. Honestly, I had a really great childhood. For the most part I got everything I wanted, I didn't have to share my parents, everyone at school still got along when we were little. Really there isn't one thing that just stands out to me.
18. Have you ever been with someone, said nothing, and walked away feeling like you just had the best conversation ever?
Yes, actually I have.
19. If you just won a million dollars, would you quit your job?
Yes, considering my job is an internship.
20. What is the difference between being alive and truly living?
Living is getting out in the world and doing things, taking risks, conquering fears. Being alive is just being a breathing potato.
21. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?
I'd go after guys I don't have a chance with. I'd wear a bikini. I'd stop trying so hard to lose weight and just be myself.
22. Decisions are being made right now. The question is: Are you making them for yourself, or are you letting others make them for you?
I'd say a little of both. You're never 100% in control of your own situation because you interact with other people every day. Even if you make a certain choice, if someone else makes a different choice, it could alter your plans or your current state of being.
